Whaitiri is the Māori atua wāhine of thunder, the sacred feminine embodiment of storms, lightning, and the powerful forces of nature.

She carries the energy of disruption and awakening, representing the moments in life when stillness is broken and transformation begins.

Whaitiri is both feared and revered, as she reminds us that change is often born through intensity, movement, and divine force.

In Māori tradition, Whaitiri is also known through her connection with the mortal man Kaiwhare. She descended from the heavens and became his wife, but her divine nature remained powerful and untamed. Their union represents the meeting of the spiritual and human worlds, where divine forces enter the realm of human experience.

Whaitiri represents strength, instinct, truth, and transformation through powerful awakening.

She is the force of thunder, the moment tension builds and is released, shifting what is stagnant into movement and clarity.

All prints are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production, in addition to shipping time. Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled and shipped separately, so they may arrive at different times. Separate shipping charges will apply for each product type.

RETURNS

As each print is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
