Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase.

Art Prints

Because art prints are produced in limited quantities and handled with care, returns are only accepted if:

The item arrives damaged
The incorrect item was received

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Oracle Cards

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, opened oracle card decks cannot be returned unless faulty.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind
Incorrect purchases
Delays caused by shipping carriers

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Oracle Cards

Unopened oracle card decks may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Premium Art Prints

Premium art prints are produced on demand through our trusted production partner and are considered final sale. Due to the custom nature of these products, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available for change of mind. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@chianteshortland.com

Pre-Order Returns & Refund Policy

Pre-Orders

By placing a pre-order for the Te Ao Wāhine Oracle Deck, you are securing your item from the first production run. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Pre-orders are final once the order has been processed and entered into production.

Cancellations

You may cancel your pre-order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After this time, cancellations may not be accepted due to production and allocation of stock.

Refunds & Returns

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind on pre-order items.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details. We will offer a replacement or suitable resolution.
