Processing Times

Premium Art Prints

During collection launches, sales periods, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Oracle Cards 

In-stock products are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

If your order includes both oracle cards and premium art prints, your items may be produced and fulfilled from different locations. This means they may be shipped separately, therefore arrive at different times and separate shipping charges will apply for each product type.

Where applicable, separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment. 

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Standard Shipping 

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• Queensland: 3–5 business days
• Interstate metro areas: 5–8 business days
• Regional and remote locations may require additional transit time.

Please note that shipping estimates begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.

For example, a premium art print may require:

• 5–7 business days production
• Plus shipping transit time 
  

International Shipping (New Zealand)

We currently ship to New Zealand.

Standard International Shipping

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

5 –14 business days to major metropolitan areas.

Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and may vary due to customs processing, seasonal demand, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, GST, or fees charged by their local authorities.

Te Ao Wāhine is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

While we take great care in packaging your order, Te Ao Wāhine is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging

We will assess the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Pre-Order Policy

Pre-Order Terms

By placing a pre-order for the Te Ao Wāhine Oracle Deck, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Launch & Dispatch Date

• The official launch date is 10 August 2026.
• All pre-orders will begin dispatching from this date.
• Orders will be shipped in the order they are received.

Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your pre-order.
• Your order is reserved once payment has been successfully processed.

Shipping

• Shipping timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date of purchase.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier services.
• Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
• If your order contains both Oracle Cards and Premium Art Prints, these items will be shipped separately from different locations.

As a result:

• Separate shipping charges will apply for each product type.
• Your order may arrive in multiple parcels.
• Each shipment will have its own tracking information where available.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After this period, cancellations may not be possible as stock and fulfilment planning will have commenced.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the limited nature of this release, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details so we can arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

Delays

• While every effort will be made to dispatch orders on the advertised date, unforeseen manufacturing or shipping delays may occasionally occur. Should this happen, customers will be notified as soon as possible.
