Hine-te-iwaiwa is an atua wāhine in te ao Māori associated with feminine knowledge, creation, weaving, and the sacred rhythms of the moon. She is deeply connected to lunar wisdom and the cyclical intelligence that shapes both nature and wāhine.

In Māori tradition, Hine-te-iwaiwa is associated with feminine knowledge, weaving, childbirth, and lunar guidance. She is closely linked to the Maramataka, the Māori lunar calendar, which tracks time through the phases of the moon and its influence on the natural world.

The Maramataka guides decisions around planting, harvesting, rest, activity, and reflection, based on the energetic qualities of each moon phase. This reflects a deep understanding that life is interconnected with celestial movement.

All prints are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production, in addition to shipping time. Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled and shipped separately, so they may arrive at different times. Separate shipping charges will apply for each product type.

RETURNS

As each print is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
