What is the return policy?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes! We offer Afterpay, allowing you to shop now and pay in four interest-free instalments.
Do you ship to New Zealand?
Yes! We proudly ship throughout Australia and New Zealand at the moment. We hope to ship internationally in the near future to selected countries.
Why am I paying two separate shipping costs?
Our oracle cards and premium art prints are lovingly fulfilled by two different production partners.
Because they are shipped from separate locations, each order incurs its own shipping cost. This ensures your products arrive safely and are produced to the highest quality possible.
When will my order arrive?
Oracle Cards are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Our Premium Art Prints are made to order through our trusted print partner, so please allow 5–7 business days for production before dispatch.
