How long will it take to receive my digital order(s)?
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you'll receive immediate access to your purchase. A download link will appear on your checkout confirmation page, and a copy will also be sent to the email address you used at checkout.
I haven't received my download email. What should I do?
Please check your spam, junk or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it after a few minutes, get in touch with us at hello@chianteshortland.com and we'll happily help you access your purchase.
Can I print my workbook?
Absolutely. You're welcome to print your workbook for your own personal use if you prefer writing by hand.
Are digital products refundable?
Due to the nature of digital products, all workbook purchases are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged once the download has been delivered. If you experience any technical issues, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Can I share my workbook with someone else?
Each workbook is licensed for individual use only. Please don't share, reproduce or distribute the files. If someone you know would benefit from the workbook, we encourage them to purchase their own copy to support our small business.
