How long will it take to receive my order?
Oracle Cards are typically dispatched within 1β3 business days.
Our Premium Art Prints are made to order through our trusted print partner, so please allow 5β7 business days for production before dispatch.
Please note this does not include Shipping times.

Are the oracle cards intended as professional advice?
No. The Te Ao WΔhine Oracle Cards are designed for personal reflection, inspiration, and entertainment purposes only. They are not intended to provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.
Will my oracle cards and art prints arrive together?
Not always. Oracle Cards and Premium Art Prints may be fulfilled and shipped separately from different locations. As a result, you may receive separate tracking notifications and your items may arrive at different times.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.
What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, Te Ao WΔhine does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Our Premium Art Prints are made to order and are considered final sale. Oracle Cards are also non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@chianteshortland.com, within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
